Welcome New Director of Special Education

We are thrilled to introduce Paula Hill as the newest addition to the East Orange School District family. Paula brings an impressive 16 years of experience in education and 22 years in mental health, making her an incredible asset to our community of students, families, and educators.

Her passion for collaboration, trust, and open communication makes her a caring and empathetic leader. Fluent in Spanish and Hebrew, Paula is eager to connect with the East Orange community and build a culture of growth and success for all. “I believe in leading with empathy and compassion, always ensuring my door is open to students, staff, and families. I deeply value collaboration, trust, and clear communication, and I strive to create an environment where everyone feels heard and supported” stated Ms. Hill. “I am excited to join the East Orange School District and be a part of the Jaguar Nation”.
