Testing Preparation Resources

Welcome to the East Orange Campus High School Testing Preparation Resources Page!

All New Jersey grade 11 public high school students enrolled in a science course must take the NJSLA-S.

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-choice test that helps you identify which Military Occupational Specialties are best for you. The test is broken down into ten different components. Please click on this link for important ASVAB information.

The New Jersey Student Learning Assessment (NJSLA) test measures how well students are meeting academic expectations and learning the knowledge and skills they need to stay on track in school and after high school-- in college or a career. The test measures complex skills like critical thinking, persuasive writing, and problem-solving. The NJSLA test is just one of many ways that teachers and schools measure whether your child is on track for success. Teachers use the scores to improve teaching and learning, and to customize instruction to meet each student's needs. Parents receive one report for English/Language Arts and one for Mathematics. Click below for the official "Parent Guide to the Score Report".
